Sorella Luminosa began with the women who shape our lives —the sisters who stand beside us, the mothers who guide us and the daughters who carry pieces of us forward. The name means ‘Luminous Sister,’ representing connection, beauty, kindness and the light every woman carries within herself. It was chosen as a tribute to that enduring connection between women.
WHY SORELLA LUMINOSA WAS CREATED
The idea grew from a simple frustration. Beautiful skincare often seemed to come with an inflated price, while affordable products did not always offer the quality, care or experience women deserved. I believed there should be another choice: thoughtfully formulated skincare that feels genuinely luxurious, without unnecessary excess and without making honest care feel out of reach.
I wanted to create products for real women and real skin—not for one age, one season of life or an impossible idea of perfection. Skin changes as we do. What it needs as a teenager may be different from what it needs during motherhood, through periods of stress or as it matures. Sorella Luminosa was created to meet women within those changing moments with rituals that feel purposeful, comforting and beautiful.

Our products are created in small batches in Alberta, Canada, with close attention given to their texture, performance and the way they leave the skin feeling.
