By accessing this website, creating an account, contacting us or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website.
These terms apply to the website, online store and services made available through sorellaluminosa.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Because products are made or selected in small batches and because screens display colour differently, actual colour, texture, scent, appearance or packaging may vary slightly from photographs and descriptions shown online.
Natural ingredients and handmade processes may also create subtle variations from one batch to another.
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct product information when reasonably necessary.
4. LUMINOSA COLLECTIVE
Luminosa Collective includes thoughtfully selected products from women-led and independent makers. Products offered through the Collective may not be manufactured by Sorella Luminosa.
The product listing will identify the product, maker or brand when applicable. Product-specific ingredients, directions, cautions and care information should be reviewed before use.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on this website are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges or other fees.
Applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Payment must be authorized through one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Wix or an independent payment processor. Sorella Luminosa does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
We may correct genuine pricing, description or technical errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide the options required by applicable law.
6. ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products listed in the order. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
An order is accepted when we provide confirmation that it has been accepted or begin processing it, subject to applicable law.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment authorization problems, incorrect pricing or an inability to fulfil the order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.
7. PRE-ORDERS
A product marked “pre-order” is not available for immediate fulfilment. Any estimated availability date is an estimate and may change due to production, packaging, supply or other circumstances.
If a significant delay affects a pre-order, we will provide updated information and any options required by applicable law.
When an order contains both available and pre-order products, fulfilment timing may depend on the pre-order item unless otherwise stated during checkout.
8. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Shipping destinations, charges, processing estimates and delivery information will be shown at checkout or in a separate Shipping & Returns Policy once our shipping program is finalized.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, weather, service interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occur.
Return, exchange, refund and damaged-order procedures will be governed by the policy presented at the time of purchase and by applicable consumer-protection law.
If there is a problem with an order, contact us promptly through the Contact Us page and include the order number and relevant details.

Products must be used only for their intended external purpose and according to the directions and cautions shown on the product label and product page.
